Making a change can do wonders

Do you feel comfortable in your current lifestyle? Give yourself some time to think about anything that's making you uncomfortable. It could be:

Friends
Families
Relationships
Stress
School
Appearance
Hobbies
Work

Many things contribute to how we feel such as confidence. The only way to know if you're happy is that you don't experience insecurity. List down anything that makes you feel free and happy. Once you've got that, you can track down the negativity in your lifestyle.

For each point you've taken, think about anything that's disrupting them. I know it's horrible just thinking about, but no worries. For each interruption, it's good to make a change. Let say that your current relationship is corrupting who you are. That my friend must be avoided at all cost. Find a solution is worth it like talking to your partner about how you guys treat each other or cutting all ties with him. There's many solutions to all the problems you're experiencing. All it takes are perseverance and commitments.

Sometimes, you may feel like not wanting to change the current lifestyle that's already killing you. They can be second-thoughts like,

"He's important in my life."
"I want to keep it till the end."
"I don't want to change at all."
"I'm not used to making a change."
"I need this person to help me though."
etc...

But think about it guys. Would you want to keep living a life that's suffocating you? Even that little change probably wouldn't kill you so much. Even so, it should be relieving to be done with the negativity that's lowering your happiness.

Life's too short to keep living in the negativity. Happiness is the key to better opportunities. Nobody wants to die with regrets and sins. We should all spread the joy and give more than to receive.

*So sorry I haven't posted for a long time. I was quite sick these few weeks and been so busy with school and extracurricular activities. But I do try to manage my time in making these posts for you guys. Anyways, thank you again for understanding!*

Where do negative comments go?

Has there been a time where someone bullied you? I'm sure at one point everyone has been through that experience. And fairly enough, we probably have bullied someone, too. But we all know that speaking badly about someone can cause them to feel insecure. Once somebody has tried to pull you down, there's no need to take their comment. Most of the negative people won't be in your life forever.

It's very common for all of us to be pressured and feel insecure by our peers. One comment can be such a critical thing that it can easily break us. But no need to fret. Remind yourself that they have no control over your life except you. You have the power to shape your world because if you don't, how can people accept the real you? People's comments are only words that cut deeper than a blade.

One tip to keep yourself from being peer pressured is by feeling confident. Learning about your desires, preferences, and style can built freedom and the ability to think without any care. Many people are so insecure about how they look mainly because they can't feel true about themselves since people are so convincing to change their minds. Realize that's their opinion and know that not everyone will love you. You'll have some haters and some followers, but you are in control of your happiness.

Don't worry, all the bullies you meet throughout your life wouldn't matter. They're only there to try to stop you from being yourself when really they're an example for you to ignore and grow to become a better person. Listen to your heart and do things your way. All the negative comments people been shooting at you, will eventually fade away. You may think these bullies should be gone, but I think they help us achieve who we are even if their criticism isn't constructive.

How to let go of fears

We all have something to be afraid of. It could just be a simple phobia or in an emotional way. Either way, sometimes these fears can affect our social life, but do not fret, there are easy ways to control your emotions when facing your biggest fears.

Imagine yourself confronting your fears like spiders, heights, stage fright, umbrellas, dark, etc. The first thing you could be experiencing is paranoia which you may look or fidget around your surroundings. A common rule to fight it off is by being calm. I know it's hard to stay calm when the most terrifying thing is right in front of you. Take simple deep breaths and think about conquering this fear. Sometimes it's how you handle the situation than how you take it. So control the emotions and relax.

Understand why are you feeling afraid. It could be a past experience which is mostly likely the case. Holding onto the past can affect you more than to let it go. Learn from your past so that you're able to do better the next time you come across the same fate. It sound simple and it really is. It's all up to you how you view your challenges. Our mind plays with our emotions too much so don't let them get in your way of proceeding forward.

The last tip is to know that our world is a nice environment. The way we see things comes from our head and heart. How we perceive things is all up to us to experience the possibilities. You are probably thinking about the worst case of scenario for your fear like masking it with its dark side. But if you look at it with common sense, you'll notice how it wasn't as bad as you think. You'll feel more free and relieve that you're able to let go of the fears that's been affecting you.

It's okay to be afraid from time to time especially when you have a really big fear that stops you from enjoying the nicest things in your life. Relax and stay happy because you never know when we'll die. Live to the fullest.

*School has been making me preoccupied that I'm not able to blog so I'm sorry if I couldn't make the deadline for most of my posts.*

Why everything gets better?

Too many of us have something to struggle like school, friends, families, and relationships. Even so, we feel like we have to cope with the problems even though there may be a chance that we might fall apart. Before you start to think about your life's ending, things will get better with enough patience and endurance.

Our lives are full of challenges. Some are easy to deal with, but the rest can be out of our control. Sometimes, the hardest problems are the ones that tear us down. But do remember that it's only the beginning.

Everybody can't have a perfect life because it means there wouldn't be a purpose for you to learn to overcome any obstacles. I know it's hard to deal with the most annoying problems, but in the end, you wish you had it back. Also, this is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and well-being. Notice how some of your favorite role models might've had a share of problems. These problems is what makes them and to proceed to teach others. We should all appreciate the negativity we were given and influencers who help us become a better person.

What I'm saying is that life isn't a choice to pick what makes you happy. Some things just happen as a blessing. You won't be able to succeed unless you struggle and learn your failures. Life's too short to be thinking about all the negativity. Make the best out of it even if it's a small piece of happiness. What makes you stronger doesn't kill you. And don't worry, as time goes by, life will definitely get better.

How to be pretty without makeup

Makeup isn't the only way to be beautiful. In fact, real beauty comes from a natural heart. So, if you take good care of yourself then true beauty will radiate. Here are some tips to be pretty without makeup:

1) Clean skin

The one thing people look for is your face. It has your smile, nose, and eyes. You want to make sure your face is clean from dirt and oil. Make sure you cleanse and moisturizer your skin everyday. Also, protect the skin with sunscreen. Give your skin lots of attention.

2) Refresh eyes

Nobody wants tired and puffy eyes. They look scary when talking with people. Be sure you're getting the 8 hrs of sleep you deserve. Try using eyedrops if needed and massage the eyelids to promote blood circulation. I know it can be tempting to use eyeliner and mascara, but try to use it sparingly. You can always curl your lashes if you really want your eyes to pop. And if you can, use contacts because some can make your eyes stand out. Eyes are the windows to the world.

3) Beautiful smile

First impressions are always necessary. It all starts with a perfect smile. Your delicate lips need to be taken care of such as using chapstick. Nobody wants to see chapped lips, it's very unattractive. Always have chapstick with you no matter where you go. Soft lips make your smile approachable. And be sure you brush your teeth twice a day. People love to see clean teeth which will brighten anyone's day. Also, it would be great if you can get braces. Nothing is more important than a beautiful smile.

4) Odor

To be approachable means to be feeling fresh. Being smelly can ruin from people coming near you. Deodorant or perfume are your best friend so always have this tool handy at all times. Who knows, you might attract that special someone.

5) Do your hair

Hair can do wonders to being attractive. Brush or comb it through to detangle so that you wouldn't look like that girl who was in a fight. If you want it to be special, curl or dye your hair. Be creative and express yourself with many styles and colors.

6) Dress to impress

Nothing can scream you than wearing your adorable outfits. I believe if you have a nice outfit then people wouldn't care about you wearing makeup. Wear clothes that you prefer because everyone has a different sense of style. Who needs makeup when you can wear your favorite clothes without the need of perfect contouring, winged eyeliner, or red lipstick.

7) Good heart

You know what they say, "Beauty comes from within." And this phrase is so true because you'll find that having a good personality shows beauty. People will look at you in a positive way. So, don't try to be mean or at least share a little kindness. This is how you feel pretty and confident.

Some tips to staying beautiful without the need of makeup. Seriously, I use these methods because I'm not allow to have makeup and that I want to look natural. Hopefully, these will help you feel good naturally.

Back to school: First day is ok

Summer is ending already and school is starting pretty soon. It breaks my heart how my summer went too fast and I wish I could enjoy it a little longer. Anyways, the first day is usually the day people are nervous or anxious. For those who are starting in a new school and worried they may be lost around their way or around new people then stay tune and learn to feel less scared on the first day.

The first thing you must do is to stay calm. Being calm allows you to feel less nauseous and bring on the day. Take deep breaths to ease your heart. Make sure you grab something to eat. It doesn't have to be too big, just a small snack can do wonders. The most important step when entering an unfamiliar place or event.

In most schools, you'll be given a schedule that has room numbers. In any case, it's your job to find the class. But don't worry, the teachers won't count you as tardy as its only the first day and they understand. Sometimes, you may feel the need to ask someone for help finding your class so do ask. It'll save you lots of trouble and less stress. Trust me on this case.

Always have a good impression when greeting teachers or classmates. You don't want to be a person who has an attitude because you didn't have a good night's rest. Showing people your smile and kind gesture will make you approachable and vulnerable to less enemies. Plus, be true to who you are or else how can you be friends with those who believe in your fake personality. It's better to do it now than later.

Final thing is to go with the flow of the day. School is usually only 8 hours and the time will go by pretty quick. Don't focus on the clock, but yourself and studies. Have fun and be prepared that your first day may not be as what you thought.

To be honest, my first day was so awkward that each morning of the first week, I had to come late to class because of my bus. Even so, it was definitely awkward when coming into your first class and everyone staring at you each day because I was late. But I know that the situation would be awkward unless you make it awkward. Once I know what I learned from the previous days, I started to feel ease knowing that everyone understands my problem and changing the atmosphere to be friendlier. So don't worry, everything will be set into the past and later on, people may forget about it. It's how you handle the situation matters more than how you take it.

Do you feel happy pleasing or fulfilling Someones expectations?

Having a kind heart means that you'll give more love than to receive it. To be honest, I was that kind of girl and in return, the outcome can be unexpected. I remember my sister would be telling me that I was retarded for being a people pleaser when really it makes me happy, but to her it wasn't. But there's actually two tricks that play when pleasing someone.

The first one is you being a generous person. It's simple because you're the one who gives out appreciation. What that means is when you see someone in need, you'll be the first person to treat them with lots of love. It's not a bad thing, but be careful who they are. They can use your kindness to treat it as "free money". Some signs to consider when finding the ones who treat you this way:

Money beggars
Someone damages your property
Rude commenters
Deceiving scammers
Those that don't owe you back

Be smart when choosing the people to give kindness. I know I've been there and I don't want you guys to experience what I had to go through. Plus, be sure it makes you happy.

The second trick is when that person expected you to do a well-done job. I'm sure everyone has been through this kind and for me, it's the most I've ever gotten. Say for example, the boss wants you to repeat the same process with your next project because each one you've done was fantastic. But as it was completed, your boss was not too happy about it and expected more out of you. It's the worst feeling to my opinion. But why should our significant others be expecting a perfect job from us? Some people include:
Friends
Families
Colleagues
Boss
Boyfriend/Girlfriend

I've talk with other people who had this experience and all have said that it makes them feel less than what they are. I believe this too because when someone comments about my work of trash, I feel less confident and pushes me to keep repeating that mistake. Really, I think that a perfect you doesn't exist because no mistakes wouldn't reflect how you conquer your future. We have so many flaws in our hands, but it doesn't mean we can't become better from this. Fulfilling their expectations makes them happy, but does it for you? So, do try your best and forget the rest because nobody understands you better than yourself.

Thank you guys for taking your time reading this post. If you can relate to any of this, do comment below because sharing is caring. :D

10 benefits of eating clean

It's our job to fulfill our body with healthy nutrition. But we have the tendency to neglect it. Without proper eating, you could feel lethargic and feel not good about yourself. So, here are 10 benefits of eating clean!

1. Beautiful complexion

Skin doesn't naturally become beautiful. Using just skincare products only take up a small amount of clear skin. It takes effort and mainly good eating habits. Whatever you take into your body will show on the outside. Skin foods include tomatoes, green veggies, green tea, salmon, and fruits.

2. Amazing body

Who doesn't love enjoying a bikini body? We can wear our favorite clothes without insecurities and show off a little skin. Now, you gotta maintain it and eating clean will cost a big deal for it to work. There's tons of food to choose from, but try to avoid greasy and sugary foods to be safe.

3. Lose risking illness

This is self-explanatory, but to remind you guys again that healthy eating will surely avoid you from getting sick or worse diseases. So, remember to eat more healthy food and less junk food.

4. Healthy & shiny hair

Same reasons from a beautiful complexion. If you don't have enough vital nutrition, your hair will look dull and won't be as healthy. It also strengthens your hair making it easier for it to grow faster and longer. They can even be used on your hair like avocado, mayo, eggs, lemon, and vinegar.

5.  More energy & productivity

By indulging the right foods, you'll have more energy to finish any tasks. This can even increase productivity which stops you from being tired and lasting your day longer. Smoothies and quick meals are great when you're in a hurry.

6. Craving less food

Whenever eating something fresh like a salad, your mind stops you from craving more food. Why? Because eating organic feels a lot better for the digestive system unlike junk food that increases the need to eat more. Also, water signals the mind to become full. I heard this trick works when you're dieting.

7. Saving money

Okay, money saving plays a part when eating clean. You have the nerve to eat less and in turn will save you enough money for grocery shopping. Plus, being healthy means cutting back on medical bills. So, start eating your greens to save money and your body.

8. Living longer

Living longer comes from avoiding illness. When eating the correct foods, your body is automatically becoming stronger and immune. Try eating nuts since they are packed with antioxidants. Research had shown that people who taken a healthy route increase their life span.

9. Learn to accept eating clean

There's a saying, "Fake it till you make it." This means that once you consistently indulge the goodness of healthy eating, you'll feel like it taste much better than fast food. Fresh produce are organic and real giving a savory appetite to your body.

10. Feel motivated

Last tip that you'll ever hear is eating right will definitely promote motivation. Tasting the freshness of veggies and fruits actually tricks your mind. It causes the endorphins to kick in and making you feel happier. When you're happy, you have the strength to fight the busy day.

Hopefully, these benefits change your view of eating healthy and motivate yourself to balance your meals with the right nutrition involved. It's never to late to start now.

Be a friend to your enemy

We all have foes along our path and that's basically the nature of humans. There's no telling who will be your enemy unless they put you down in a shameful way. But in truth, you don't need to take in their poison because they can actually be encouragement.

So, lots of us will find someone that bully you. It could be family, friends, coworkers, or strangers. And you may find it hard to understand why they're doing this. There are many reasons for someone to bully and it can make us feel less confident. I know that everyone tries to walk away or cause an abruption. But avoiding their foes or causing a scene isn't always necessary. A third option that people can try is to learn from their enemies.

Okay, you're probably thinking, "What is there to learn from someone who doesn't respect me?"

And yes that can be true for the most part. But whenever the person shoots you with a bunch of criticism or hateful comments then this is a good chance to turn it into encouragement. With encouragement, you can learn a lot from becoming a better person to working hard to prove they're wrong. Let's say someone believes you're not a good dancer. Instead of taking in their poison and keeping it, you can turn it as a friendly note to work extra hard to be a talented dancer. I've learn that this is called constructive criticism meaning that giving rude comments in a way it becomes inspiration. Believe it or not, throwing harsh comments about someone won't matter to that person because they can use it as improvement and it wouldn't matter to the bully since they're insecure.

Running away or back stabbing your enemies wouldn't lift your confidence. Use their voice as inspiration because this will improve your skills, happiness, and confidence. Thank your enemies and appreciate the words of encouragement they give you.
