Making a change can do wonders

Do you feel comfortable in your current lifestyle? Give yourself some time to think about anything that's making you uncomfortable. It could be:

Friends
Families
Relationships
Stress
School
Appearance
Hobbies
Work

Many things contribute to how we feel such as confidence. The only way to know if you're happy is that you don't experience insecurity. List down anything that makes you feel free and happy. Once you've got that, you can track down the negativity in your lifestyle.

For each point you've taken, think about anything that's disrupting them. I know it's horrible just thinking about, but no worries. For each interruption, it's good to make a change. Let say that your current relationship is corrupting who you are. That my friend must be avoided at all cost. Find a solution is worth it like talking to your partner about how you guys treat each other or cutting all ties with him. There's many solutions to all the problems you're experiencing. All it takes are perseverance and commitments.

Sometimes, you may feel like not wanting to change the current lifestyle that's already killing you. They can be second-thoughts like,

"He's important in my life."
"I want to keep it till the end."
"I don't want to change at all."
"I'm not used to making a change."
"I need this person to help me though."
etc...

But think about it guys. Would you want to keep living a life that's suffocating you? Even that little change probably wouldn't kill you so much. Even so, it should be relieving to be done with the negativity that's lowering your happiness.

Life's too short to keep living in the negativity. Happiness is the key to better opportunities. Nobody wants to die with regrets and sins. We should all spread the joy and give more than to receive.

*So sorry I haven't posted for a long time. I was quite sick these few weeks and been so busy with school and extracurricular activities. But I do try to manage my time in making these posts for you guys. Anyways, thank you again for understanding!*

Letting go of connections

It's a real pain in the ass when your special someone leaves you behind. For whatever reason, we all know that we should move on. I've learn that the hard way, but in reality I'm able to become stronger from letting go.

At some point of your life, you find this person who makes you feel good on the inside. You want to cherish that person and stay with them forever. But sometimes they can't always be with you either from death, separation, disagreements, and so on. We cry tremendously and start having negative thoughts about why are they gone. To be honest it's a fine case that we can learn as a lesson.

Tell yourself why the two of you guys have left. It may be painful to know what was the problem, but we can understand our happiness at a greater extent. Learn that cutting all connections with them was a better option because you'll have better moments with others you'll meet in the future. And as you move forward, remember what was it that broke the relationship and apply it next time. Mistakes are meant to be life lessons.

I remember I was tied down by my friend who I cherish my life with. We were like besties until it went downhill when her personality changed and she ditch me for new friends. I was devastated that I felt so lonely and didn't have anyone. Eventually, I wiped my tears and begin to make relationships with other people who made me laugh. Then, I realize how being tied down by someone who didn't give me complete happiness wouldn't make me happier than now. After realizing this, I felt so free from holding onto someone for so long. I started getting better and able to grasp my smile back.

Everyone is totally different. I'm not sure what's their situation, but if we could relate then I would say that it's okay to let go of your relationship. As time moves forward, we'll experience better moments with many more people. I know it hurts enough that you want to kill yourself, but don't worry it's only the beginning. Be glad we're humans that we can experience all these emotions. Without it, I wouldn't even talk about this topic with you guys. Stay strong beautiful!

Where do negative comments go?

Has there been a time where someone bullied you? I'm sure at one point everyone has been through that experience. And fairly enough, we probably have bullied someone, too. But we all know that speaking badly about someone can cause them to feel insecure. Once somebody has tried to pull you down, there's no need to take their comment. Most of the negative people won't be in your life forever.

It's very common for all of us to be pressured and feel insecure by our peers. One comment can be such a critical thing that it can easily break us. But no need to fret. Remind yourself that they have no control over your life except you. You have the power to shape your world because if you don't, how can people accept the real you? People's comments are only words that cut deeper than a blade.

One tip to keep yourself from being peer pressured is by feeling confident. Learning about your desires, preferences, and style can built freedom and the ability to think without any care. Many people are so insecure about how they look mainly because they can't feel true about themselves since people are so convincing to change their minds. Realize that's their opinion and know that not everyone will love you. You'll have some haters and some followers, but you are in control of your happiness.

Don't worry, all the bullies you meet throughout your life wouldn't matter. They're only there to try to stop you from being yourself when really they're an example for you to ignore and grow to become a better person. Listen to your heart and do things your way. All the negative comments people been shooting at you, will eventually fade away. You may think these bullies should be gone, but I think they help us achieve who we are even if their criticism isn't constructive.

How to let go of fears

We all have something to be afraid of. It could just be a simple phobia or in an emotional way. Either way, sometimes these fears can affect our social life, but do not fret, there are easy ways to control your emotions when facing your biggest fears.

Imagine yourself confronting your fears like spiders, heights, stage fright, umbrellas, dark, etc. The first thing you could be experiencing is paranoia which you may look or fidget around your surroundings. A common rule to fight it off is by being calm. I know it's hard to stay calm when the most terrifying thing is right in front of you. Take simple deep breaths and think about conquering this fear. Sometimes it's how you handle the situation than how you take it. So control the emotions and relax.

Understand why are you feeling afraid. It could be a past experience which is mostly likely the case. Holding onto the past can affect you more than to let it go. Learn from your past so that you're able to do better the next time you come across the same fate. It sound simple and it really is. It's all up to you how you view your challenges. Our mind plays with our emotions too much so don't let them get in your way of proceeding forward.

The last tip is to know that our world is a nice environment. The way we see things comes from our head and heart. How we perceive things is all up to us to experience the possibilities. You are probably thinking about the worst case of scenario for your fear like masking it with its dark side. But if you look at it with common sense, you'll notice how it wasn't as bad as you think. You'll feel more free and relieve that you're able to let go of the fears that's been affecting you.

It's okay to be afraid from time to time especially when you have a really big fear that stops you from enjoying the nicest things in your life. Relax and stay happy because you never know when we'll die. Live to the fullest.

Why everything gets better?

Too many of us have something to struggle like school, friends, families, and relationships. Even so, we feel like we have to cope with the problems even though there may be a chance that we might fall apart. Before you start to think about your life's ending, things will get better with enough patience and endurance.

Our lives are full of challenges. Some are easy to deal with, but the rest can be out of our control. Sometimes, the hardest problems are the ones that tear us down. But do remember that it's only the beginning.

Everybody can't have a perfect life because it means there wouldn't be a purpose for you to learn to overcome any obstacles. I know it's hard to deal with the most annoying problems, but in the end, you wish you had it back. Also, this is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and well-being. Notice how some of your favorite role models might've had a share of problems. These problems is what makes them and to proceed to teach others. We should all appreciate the negativity we were given and influencers who help us become a better person.

What I'm saying is that life isn't a choice to pick what makes you happy. Some things just happen as a blessing. You won't be able to succeed unless you struggle and learn your failures. Life's too short to be thinking about all the negativity. Make the best out of it even if it's a small piece of happiness. What makes you stronger doesn't kill you. And don't worry, as time goes by, life will definitely get better.

Don't overthink in life

Among the things we do or say aren't compared to what we think about. Everyday we constantly worry about some things that probably didn't matter. We often believe different outcomes that can ruin our life, but it's not as terrible as you think.

Don't you ever come across words like "What if?" or "Should I?" Mainly in situations like careers, relationships, school, even life or death situations. Giving second guesses causes us to predict the worst case of scenario. But you know our head just messes up our emotions and we start to feel more anxious than usual. Stressing over little things won't make a big difference to your life because eventually they'll just be kept in the past. Instead of thinking beyond the future or going back into the past, live in the moment. You might be thinking,

"Should I be with him?"
"What if I don't get this job?"
"Will we get marry?"
"Am I good enough?"
"Is this the right decision?"
"Should I go back to school?"
"How will the people react?"
"What if I didn't get accepted?"
"What if he doesn't like me?"
"Should I let go of this chance?"

And the list just goes on. But who cares about any of this. There's more important situations to be worrying about. Just go with flow because we're just one person with one brain so do as your heart is content.

Now I'm not just saying that you shouldn't think about these matters, but you shouldn't "overthink" too much or else it'll affect you more. We don't have enough time to live in this world. We're born here to die, so use that precious time to go after what you want. Overthinking about everything you're stressing about is holding you back from all the other things you could be doing right now. And there's no need to look back into your past because there's no time for that either. How can you feel happy or be true to yourself if you don't move forward? If you're unable to get what you want then change it. You have the ability to make a choice because it's all up to you and your heart not your mind itself.

Thank you guys for taking the time to read this post. I was kinda inspired to discuss this topic. If there's any life lessons you want me to discuss them do tell me in the comments. Because sharing is caring!

Back-to-school: How to make Friends

Can't you believe summers coming to an end!? And more importantly, schools about to arrive so I decided to take this topic to help those who are about to start or just give advice in general.

Making friends is really simple. All you need are good manners and a sense of right and wrong. These two are highly suggested because they'll take you to the right direction for yourself.

When meeting people, always give off a good impression. If you don't, this could be a start of a new enemy and nobody wants that. A basic technique to start off is to smile. Showing someone a smile can brighten up anyone's day. So, take this opportunity to show off your beautiful grin and it will definitely lead you to the right direction. Be creative when greeting people. I know just saying hi and asking their name is the easiest way, but you don't have to do that. Find ways to introduce yourself like suggesting a game where each of you has to guess their name, offering them a nice gesture, or telling them a joke/riddle. Great way to build up your friendship and allowing them to learn about your personality.

Okay, we know how to greet someone in a nice way, but let's talk about finding the right people. School is a place where most kids have all the drama and it doesn't even have to be at school. Our society is made up of dirty back-stabbers and friendly kindred spirits. So, you gotta distinguish these two. It can be hard choosing the right friends because there may be second thoughts. But the one thing you have to keep in mind is that if they bring you down and you feel uncomfortable around them then they are totally not the people you wanna stick with. Other signs to look for:

Humiliate
Shaming
Criticize
Hating
Blaming
Pressuring
Demmanding

Also, remember to check your feelings. If you feel less confident or unhappy then they should be out of your life. It's you first not your friends.

Last thing I wanna share is how to be out of the circle. It can be hard leaving your friends because you may be having second thoughts like you'll feel lonely or they'll treat you as an enemy. And that's fine really. Excluding them out of your zone means more time for yourself. It sounds depressing, but it's a great way to catch up on things you miss like hobbies or studies. Once you've recollected yourself, this is a good time to meet newer people. Remembering what happen to your previous relationships can help you understand what to expect on the next one. Know that you don't have to be the #1 kind girl in the world. There will be so many haters out there, but if you have the right people by your side then it won't matter. Having one good friend is better than having hundreds of fake friends.

I hope this post lets you learn something new about friendship. If you can relate to any of these or have experience something like this, do tell me. Because sharing is caring!

Body shaming is a no no

Hi you guys! So I really wanna talk about this topic because lately our society has been spot on the perfect beach body, big butt, thigh gaps, super skinny arms/legs, and being thick. And hearing about people's mean opinions on other women's figure is considered body shaming.

Everyone's body is different. We have shapes that don't match someone's needs and that's fine. Their judgment don't matter at all to you. What's important is that you're beautiful and you stay beautiful. Simple, right? Well not for everyone. There are some who can be sensitive to opinions and some who aren't. Basically, words cut deeper than a sharp blade. Speaking about a girl's body in a bad way will only look bad for you. It shows that you wanna take credit for something you have than what the other person doesn't. Plus, your victim wouldn't feel as comfortable as she would've. I know it's the nature of people, but we need to focus on giving more positive energy aside from taking it away.

Going through puberty, I wasn't really into looking good for my own body. I was mainly focused on keeping negativity away and being confident. But it changed by the time I enter high school where all the ladies dress with cleavage and showing some skin. There was this time when I went bra shopping and so, I ask a bra specialist from Victoria Secret to measure me. She said that I was a 32D and I went to try it on. The cups were fitted except the band size so I officially bought a 34D bra. Before, I never had measure my bra size until now because eyeing wasn't good since I wore a 36B cup for two years and it was super uncomfortable. But this new bra I had was easier to wear and didn't snug. The next day, I told my so-called friends about getting a new bra and they were not too happy about the sizing. They believe that my chest wasn't even big from appearance (since they never seen me wearing a tight fitted shirts and only bagging sweaters). The two kept laughing at me and said that maybe a B cup was a perfect match for me. I remember they were making a big commotion around the students and comparing their boob size from mine because it didn't look like theirs. I was so ashamed about my body from that point on. Not only did I lose my self-confidence, but I had to forget about them because they weren't the friends that make me happy. I tried looking up about bra sizing and most responses have said that it doesn't matter how big your bust is to fit the size as long as you're wearing the comfortable proper measurements. I believe it as well because numbers can't define who you are. I wish I could tell those girls about it, but they don't have time to give me respect. And all I can do is accept myself for the way I was born.

No matter if you have or don't have that figure that everyone expects, as long as you feel good because nobody knows you the best. And we should do this world a favor by spreading positive energy to young girls because hey, a frowning face isn't pretty.

Be a friend to your enemy

We all have foes along our path and that's basically the nature of humans. There's no telling who will be your enemy unless they put you down in a shameful way. But in truth, you don't need to take in their poison because they can actually be encouragement.

So, lots of us will find someone that bully you. It could be family, friends, coworkers, or strangers. And you may find it hard to understand why they're doing this. There are many reasons for someone to bully and it can make us feel less confident. I know that everyone tries to walk away or cause an abruption. But avoiding their foes or causing a scene isn't always necessary. A third option that people can try is to learn from their enemies.

Okay, you're probably thinking, "What is there to learn from someone who doesn't respect me?"

And yes that can be true for the most part. But whenever the person shoots you with a bunch of criticism or hateful comments then this is a good chance to turn it into encouragement. With encouragement, you can learn a lot from becoming a better person to working hard to prove they're wrong. Let's say someone believes you're not a good dancer. Instead of taking in their poison and keeping it, you can turn it as a friendly note to work extra hard to be a talented dancer. I've learn that this is called constructive criticism meaning that giving rude comments in a way it becomes inspiration. Believe it or not, throwing harsh comments about someone won't matter to that person because they can use it as improvement and it wouldn't matter to the bully since they're insecure.

Running away or back stabbing your enemies wouldn't lift your confidence. Use their voice as inspiration because this will improve your skills, happiness, and confidence. Thank your enemies and appreciate the words of encouragement they give you.

Being independent is okay

I remember looking at the popular girls at my school and comparing their life to mine. I know it isn't healthy because all I could see was the glamorous life they take upon. It would make me feel so miserable that they have this gorgeous life that any girl would want. But one day, I've finally realized the important aspects of my seclusive life even if it wasn't as glamorous as the girls at school.

Being an independent girl doesn't mean being antisocial. They can be define as strong, intelligent, and understanding. Having this lifestyle isn't a bad thing because it really allows us to be free and true. We have the ability to learn through failure, careless of other thoughts, and enjoy being ourselves.

People always make a mistake. I mean it's a natural skill and in return we learn to fix it. But learning to fix the problem on our own is more crucial than having some else. Why? It shows perseverance and bravery. Also, it helps to practice making good decisions and learn problem solving skills. Independent means avoiding dependency from anyone. Ladies, don't be afraid to risk on your own. Be bold and daring.

There are two types of girls out there: ones who care and ones who don't. Mainly, seclusive women tend to avoid the rude comments because it doesn't really matter at all to them. We don't have any insecurities since we trust so much on ourselves than others. Now, not everyone is completely okay with this skill because there will be a time when you do feel like shit, but it's alright. Don't worry. Fake it till you make it. Keep this skill in your head even with a couple of mistakes and eventually it'll be like second nature.

Lastly, independency help discover ourselves and true passion. Finding interesting hobbies, knowing what we desire, and defining our true personality is a way to learn who we are as an individual. Everyone is not the same nor perfect. There's many people in different sizes, looks, character, skills, interests, and the list just goes on. But the most important aspect that an individual girl would be is having her own freedom. Freedom gives out many options from looks to personality. Researching your own body and mind does have an impact. We start to feel comfortable in our own body and accept changes that may or may not. Overall, giving yourself some time and focus could allow us to learn our true colors.

After being seclusive to the outside world, I understand more about myself and how to be brave enough to conquer negativity. There's really no shame having this character because only YOU can bring out the best. Remember to hold your head up high and love yourself.

I really thank you guys for reading this post and hopefully it inspires you to feel okay being independent at times. Even if you aren't that kind of person, it would be wonderful to have a day off and learn something new.

See ya next time! Ciao ^__^

Where do you find happiness?

Hey guys! So I remember there were times when I was so happy as well as other times I fall into depression. I mean everyone has gone through this, right? Basically, where on earth do people find this positive feeling?

Lately, I've notice different patterns of happiness in people by the way they react and how they feel. Usually, when someone receives a desirable item, we become so blessed by this offer that it's overwhelming. Let's say for money, the more we have, the better our life will be. But this isn't exactly true. People say that money can solve problems, but if you take that as an advantage, we would think, "Oh this isn't enough, I need more!" We take happiness in the wrong direction because the only way to feel good is to desire things we can't have.

One thing that most people have not tried is focusing on the things we have in our hands. There are so many attributes that we're gifted, yet we see it in a negative way. Some may say,
              "I don't look pretty"
                "I'm overweight"
               "I wish I was her"
               "I'm really stupid"
                 "I can't do this"
             "I want to be popular"

Everyone is a victim for shaming themselves. We're so focus on criticizing ourselves that we never realize are good qualities. Think about something brilliant you have, it could be your personality, talents, success, or anything. Whenever you find yourself in criticism, remember a good deed or quality you did.

Even though appreciating yourself shows happiness, you gotta remember the people around you. Either bad or good, they're all human, we seek happiness. Instead of shaming them for things that didn't matter, you could shower them with love and compassion. When you give more, you receive more. So compliment, lend a hand, or even teach them. You'll feel so much better  and happier as you're becoming a better person. Just remember that we all can't stay alive forever. Who knows when we will disappear. I always think about the world itself in relation to my complaints such as,

           "I hate going to school"
             to
"Many folks can't have an education"

"I want to be with him again"
             to
"Not everyone is loved or accepted"

               "I'm sick of my parents"
              to
"Some don't have guardians to guide them"

Happiness is given through effort and compassion not short-cuts or complaints. There will be time when we all fall in a slump, but there's a way to get back up. Where do you find happiness? Easy, loving yourself and teaching others.
