Making a change can do wonders

Do you feel comfortable in your current lifestyle? Give yourself some time to think about anything that's making you uncomfortable. It could be:

Friends
Families
Relationships
Stress
School
Appearance
Hobbies
Work

Many things contribute to how we feel such as confidence. The only way to know if you're happy is that you don't experience insecurity. List down anything that makes you feel free and happy. Once you've got that, you can track down the negativity in your lifestyle.

For each point you've taken, think about anything that's disrupting them. I know it's horrible just thinking about, but no worries. For each interruption, it's good to make a change. Let say that your current relationship is corrupting who you are. That my friend must be avoided at all cost. Find a solution is worth it like talking to your partner about how you guys treat each other or cutting all ties with him. There's many solutions to all the problems you're experiencing. All it takes are perseverance and commitments.

Sometimes, you may feel like not wanting to change the current lifestyle that's already killing you. They can be second-thoughts like,

"He's important in my life."
"I want to keep it till the end."
"I don't want to change at all."
"I'm not used to making a change."
"I need this person to help me though."
etc...

But think about it guys. Would you want to keep living a life that's suffocating you? Even that little change probably wouldn't kill you so much. Even so, it should be relieving to be done with the negativity that's lowering your happiness.

Life's too short to keep living in the negativity. Happiness is the key to better opportunities. Nobody wants to die with regrets and sins. We should all spread the joy and give more than to receive.

*So sorry I haven't posted for a long time. I was quite sick these few weeks and been so busy with school and extracurricular activities. But I do try to manage my time in making these posts for you guys. Anyways, thank you again for understanding!*

Fall Fashion Trends 2015

Lately I've been working on my project for my fashion marketing class. And to be honest, I was surprised by all the information I've gathered. Stick with me if you wanna know the latest Autumn trends for this year.

For my project, I had to based it off by 4 components of fashion

-Silhouette: The outlining/contour of the overall piece of apparel.

-Details: Embellishments or accessories that give the outfit a bit of definition.

-Texture: The way it feels such as the material made into the clothing.

-Color: Basically, the color palette that speaks to the clothes or trends in season.

First, the overall silhouette I've found were mermaid skirts, Bell sleeved, and Flared jeans. The mermaid silhouette gives the body a nice shape and elongates the legs. Bell sleeved are priceless with its extraordinary flow around the arms. And Flared jeans could never go wrong during the cold weather.

The details that are commonly used for this Autumn are Fringes, lace, Brooches, and crochets. I never knew that brooches were in season, but they do have a share of giving that outfit a nice touch. Crochets are nice because it gives off that Autumn effect (if you know what I mean).

Texture is important for this season due to the colder weather. Some material such as Tulle, Fur, and Shearling are used for most outfits. I could understand that shearling should be used for these outfits because they're basically wool, but at a different level.

The color trend for this season are your favorite fall colors including different shades within them. I'm surprised that these shades are named. Pantone is a great resource for the color trends.

Loving the cold weather! Let me know what you guys like to wear during Autumn and hopefully you'll be knowledgable for this season.

Letting go of connections

It's a real pain in the ass when your special someone leaves you behind. For whatever reason, we all know that we should move on. I've learn that the hard way, but in reality I'm able to become stronger from letting go.

At some point of your life, you find this person who makes you feel good on the inside. You want to cherish that person and stay with them forever. But sometimes they can't always be with you either from death, separation, disagreements, and so on. We cry tremendously and start having negative thoughts about why are they gone. To be honest it's a fine case that we can learn as a lesson.

Tell yourself why the two of you guys have left. It may be painful to know what was the problem, but we can understand our happiness at a greater extent. Learn that cutting all connections with them was a better option because you'll have better moments with others you'll meet in the future. And as you move forward, remember what was it that broke the relationship and apply it next time. Mistakes are meant to be life lessons.

I remember I was tied down by my friend who I cherish my life with. We were like besties until it went downhill when her personality changed and she ditch me for new friends. I was devastated that I felt so lonely and didn't have anyone. Eventually, I wiped my tears and begin to make relationships with other people who made me laugh. Then, I realize how being tied down by someone who didn't give me complete happiness wouldn't make me happier than now. After realizing this, I felt so free from holding onto someone for so long. I started getting better and able to grasp my smile back.

Everyone is totally different. I'm not sure what's their situation, but if we could relate then I would say that it's okay to let go of your relationship. As time moves forward, we'll experience better moments with many more people. I know it hurts enough that you want to kill yourself, but don't worry it's only the beginning. Be glad we're humans that we can experience all these emotions. Without it, I wouldn't even talk about this topic with you guys. Stay strong beautiful!

How to be a morning person

You wake up in your cozy pjs, but feeling so lethargic, you decide to take 5 min of snooze. Before you know it, you're already late! I'm sure being a early bird is a first world problem to almost all of us. But don't fret, there are ways to get you out of bed and start your day amazing. Keep reading for a bonus technique.

1) Preparation

Start your morning with some preparation. Try laying out your clothes the night before. Organize backpacks, purses, or suitcase to minimize the time for getting ready. You'll be so glad you did. Also, curling hair can be time consuming so why not use heatless methods. They're quick, simple, and less damaging. Just a little prep can keep you at ease and more time for sleep.

2) Simple pick-me-ups

Weird factors can trigger the mood of getting out of bed. Body temperature is one of the things that keeps you from leaving the mattress. Feeling warm and comfortable really makes you wanna fall back to sleep. So keep the thermometer at a respectable temperature that's not too cold or too warm. Another thing is seeing the sunrise. When you look at the sun, it's suppose to make you feel energize. If you can, keep your curtains or blinds open to see that morning glory.

3) Give yourself a reason

This tip is crucial if you really need a bit of motivation. As you wake up, imagine yourself starting the day and knowing the motive to waking up. It could be a special day, treats, or someone. Whatever the reason, stick with it because this will make you wanna get out of bed in no time. Plus, you can reward yourself for being a morning person. For example, leave a cupcake on the kitchen table so that you can get out of bed and look forward to the cupcake you saved for that morning.

4) Be on schedule

Sleep more and more consistently. What this mean is that when you sleep at a proper time continuously, it'll make it easier for to stop snoozing after the alarm clock. Having irregular sleep is not good for the body. If you're in that position then you can fix that problem. Each day, sleep 15 min earlier than the time you get sleepy then wake up 15 min earlier in the morning. Do the same thing each day by sleeping and waking up 15 min earlier than the previous day. Your body will be trained to be on the appropriate schedule.

5) Special technique

Here's the ultimate technique that I find so cool, yet helps my bad habit of sleeping after the alarm. You can do this on your free time which is a easy thing. First, set a bunch of alarms at random times and make sure you don't remember each one. Then, go to bed and pretend you're asleep. Once the alarms goes off, turn it off and get out of bed while pretending to do your morning ritual like brushing you're teeth (but you don't have to brush you're teeth). Afterwards, go back to your bed and wait for the next alarm to go off then repeat that same process over until all of your alarms are done. You can do this technique for a couple of days and you'll find improvement with your habit. Trust me, you're going to feel amazing after this.

P.S. Please thank Steve Pavlina for this cool trick. I give all credit to him and if you're wondering:

Thank you for reading. I'm sure this post will help so many of you guys. Always remember that everything is up to you. Get your beauty sleep and have a perfect day with a great morning.

Enjoy the autumn season...

Cool weather, baked goods, holidays, and the fresh scent of autumn leaves are all the great things about Fall. Plus, this season is perfect to sink into a relaxing ritual. Here are some tips to indulge a heartwarming break:

1) Comfy clothes

Let's start by wearing the most comfortable clothes you can find. Pajamas, loose sweaters, thigh socks, and sweatpants are a go-to favorites. I love wearing my favorite loose sweater with thigh socks in bed. Be sure it's very comforting for you to wear.

2) Lit candles

I'm sure everyone's favorite item for Fall are the scented candles that reminded them of baked goods or autumn related scenery. Filling the room with a nice scent makes it easy for you to get in the relaxing mood. There are so many candles available in Bath n' Body that I'm sure there's one you'll definitely love.

3) Cup of tea

The cool weather makes it easy for us to digest a good cup of tea. Try green tea since it's beneficial for health and the skin. Of course, you always opt for tea that's full of flavors like black tea, pumpkin spice, chamomile tea, cranberry tea, etc.

4) Read a book

Reading during the cool weather with the autumn leaves is very soothing for the heart. Grabbing a nice book and smelling the autumn candles in your room is a perfect break. Do you have any books you're reading this season?

5) Indulge sweet treats

Do you like baking? This is a great way to get into the spirit of autumn baking like pumpkin spice muffins, cranberry cookies, or a carrot cake. I think Fall is the time for baking so many goods.

A few tips to start your autumn ritual. I want to know what you guys would do for this season. Let's make autumn a wonderful season this year.

10 benefits of exercise

The one crucial activity people always neglect is exercise. Seriously, I was a victim of putting it off. But did you know that working out can benefit so many things that you've probably didn't know about?

1) Increase endorphins

When you've had a intense workout at the gym, you're already sweating like crazy. And sweat is so good for the body. Your sweat is a sign for feeling better. What I mean is that the Endorphins are kicking in and creating a happy mind. Don't you ever feel refresh after a good workout especially when you weren't motivated to do it? Well thank your endorphins for making that happen.

2) Beautiful complexion

I stress this concept a lot lately and yes, exercises does wonders to your skin. I know it may be crazy to say that when you're body is producing all the nasty sweat and oil. But that's one pro because your sweat has the natural oils of your body. Be sure to clean off the sweat immediately since salt is left on the skin.

3) Releases stress

Like I said with endorphins, happiness makes you feel good about yourself. And when you feel happy, you have less worries and more freedom for the mind. If you need a boost happiness, make sure you take a little exercise at your gym.

4) Boost of energy

When doing cardio, your body is repeatedly storing oxygen to the tissues. Doing this will give you extra energy to go on your day. Plus, it's a great a way to feel motivated when you're having a hard time.

5) Weight Loss

The most basic way to drop a couple of pounds are exercise. Now, we all know this simple secret. You may eat healthy, but if you're not getting any exercise then how can you lose weight? Eating and exercising take a part to a healthy body.

6) Sleep better

Lazing around the house without a move of a muscle can easily make you less sleepy which disrupts your sleep cycle. Trust me on this. I would lay around my bed and easily take a 3 hr nap then later at night, I wouldn't be able to sleep at a proper time. So, be sure to get your daily jog or some movement.

7) Build self-confidence

An easy way to build your own confidence is to just work out. After all the healthy dieting and exercise, you'll look so good in that crop top or swimsuit. You won't be able to worry as much and stop insecurities. Take this as a way to look good and feel good.

8) Less chance of sickness

Being sick isn't always fun especially getting a disease. That's why giving yourself a workout can ward off sickness and improve your immune system. This includes Alzheimer's because they can easily damage your healthy cells.

9) Easy to feel motivated

Don't you feel sluggish in the morning? And you need to finish all the work there is, but you just don't have the nerve to do it. Don't worry. Exercise helps you get that gut feeling. You'll be glad to finish all chores and grab your dose of exercise.

10) Control anxiety

Working out is a great way for people who have anxiety disorders. Besides taking a long bath, exercise helps to relieve all worries. You'll find that it'll be easier for you to relax throughout your day. When you need to forget about something, exercise is your answer.

There are so many more benefits that working out can do for you. We should be glad that this activity exists within us and that it's mainly free. I hope these key points will make you rethink about exercise.

Where do negative comments go?

Has there been a time where someone bullied you? I'm sure at one point everyone has been through that experience. And fairly enough, we probably have bullied someone, too. But we all know that speaking badly about someone can cause them to feel insecure. Once somebody has tried to pull you down, there's no need to take their comment. Most of the negative people won't be in your life forever.

It's very common for all of us to be pressured and feel insecure by our peers. One comment can be such a critical thing that it can easily break us. But no need to fret. Remind yourself that they have no control over your life except you. You have the power to shape your world because if you don't, how can people accept the real you? People's comments are only words that cut deeper than a blade.

One tip to keep yourself from being peer pressured is by feeling confident. Learning about your desires, preferences, and style can built freedom and the ability to think without any care. Many people are so insecure about how they look mainly because they can't feel true about themselves since people are so convincing to change their minds. Realize that's their opinion and know that not everyone will love you. You'll have some haters and some followers, but you are in control of your happiness.

Don't worry, all the bullies you meet throughout your life wouldn't matter. They're only there to try to stop you from being yourself when really they're an example for you to ignore and grow to become a better person. Listen to your heart and do things your way. All the negative comments people been shooting at you, will eventually fade away. You may think these bullies should be gone, but I think they help us achieve who we are even if their criticism isn't constructive.

How's my life been?

Ever since school started (two months ago lol), I've been preoccupied with so much work and studying. But that's pretty normal for any student growing up. I've procrastinated too much lately that it's affecting my sleep. Even so, I have to sleep in class just for to make up for the lost of sleep. But since it's a new season, I'm determined to finish all my workload by the end of this week because that's when all grades are due.

Next thing that's been a biggie for me is balancing out my blogging time. At first, I knew it could be hectic trying to make the deadline for my posts. Not only does this affect my blog, but I wasn't able to keep updated with my favorite blogs. The only times I'm able to interact with other bloggers are during my weekend which would probably be on Saturday. The problem is not only because I don't have the time, but I have no motivation. You know that feeling when you're a bit lazy and don't seem to wanna finish your task? Well, I'm a victim of that as well. Don't worry, as promised, I'm doing my best to manage my time more wisely for you guys to stay connected with me as much as possible.

Oh! Another thing I want to share you guys is the shift of season. I can't believe autumn has finally begin that I'm so excited for the colder weather, fun holidays, colored leaves, my birthday, and the scent of baked goods. So ready to kick in with my thigh socks and big sweaters. I mean who can resist this comfy attire? Seriously, I can't wait to fulfill my bucket list knowing it's going to be spectacular. I think I might show you guys my ootd for this fall if you like. But really, do you guys have any plans for autumn?

Thanks for hearing me out. I haven't had a personal talk like this for awhile. I probably start making these because it really gets off your chest. I hope y'all understand my situation right now and do support me as I'm doing my very best for you guys. If you have any post suggestions for this season, please tell me! I'll try to arrange it.

Fall colors are in season

Autumn has finally reach its mark which means a wardrobe change. I'm so excited to wear my favorite cardigans, boots, thigh socks, and beanies. The most important aspect about fall is to embrace their cool shades of color.

Color of the leaves are one example to be part of the autumn season. Orange, brown, dark reds, and black can be your go-to pigmentation. Reflecting the beauty of the leaves as they decay. Try a light brown cardigan with dark red (maroon) pants and a simple black shirt. Be creative mixing n' matching other clothes. Creating an outfit by this theme shows your autumn spirit.

Remember that colors aren't tolerated to one kind. The palette has a variety of shades that ranges. You can even wear your whole outfit to one kind of color. All pieces of clothing don't have to be the exact same color, so be bold and collect as many shades as you can. The best thing about dressing in the fall is that they have more shades than the rest of the other seasons.

I seriously love autumn not only because you get to wear your cozy outfits, but you can go with the theme. Be as expressive as you can for this season because autumn will eventually go by quick. Also, do enjoy the upcoming holidays and sweet treats. Stay warm loves!

How to let go of fears

We all have something to be afraid of. It could just be a simple phobia or in an emotional way. Either way, sometimes these fears can affect our social life, but do not fret, there are easy ways to control your emotions when facing your biggest fears.

Imagine yourself confronting your fears like spiders, heights, stage fright, umbrellas, dark, etc. The first thing you could be experiencing is paranoia which you may look or fidget around your surroundings. A common rule to fight it off is by being calm. I know it's hard to stay calm when the most terrifying thing is right in front of you. Take simple deep breaths and think about conquering this fear. Sometimes it's how you handle the situation than how you take it. So control the emotions and relax.

Understand why are you feeling afraid. It could be a past experience which is mostly likely the case. Holding onto the past can affect you more than to let it go. Learn from your past so that you're able to do better the next time you come across the same fate. It sound simple and it really is. It's all up to you how you view your challenges. Our mind plays with our emotions too much so don't let them get in your way of proceeding forward.

The last tip is to know that our world is a nice environment. The way we see things comes from our head and heart. How we perceive things is all up to us to experience the possibilities. You are probably thinking about the worst case of scenario for your fear like masking it with its dark side. But if you look at it with common sense, you'll notice how it wasn't as bad as you think. You'll feel more free and relieve that you're able to let go of the fears that's been affecting you.

It's okay to be afraid from time to time especially when you have a really big fear that stops you from enjoying the nicest things in your life. Relax and stay happy because you never know when we'll die. Live to the fullest.

*School has been making me preoccupied that I'm not able to blog so I'm sorry if I couldn't make the deadline for most of my posts.*

Why everything gets better?

Too many of us have something to struggle like school, friends, families, and relationships. Even so, we feel like we have to cope with the problems even though there may be a chance that we might fall apart. Before you start to think about your life's ending, things will get better with enough patience and endurance.

Our lives are full of challenges. Some are easy to deal with, but the rest can be out of our control. Sometimes, the hardest problems are the ones that tear us down. But do remember that it's only the beginning.

Everybody can't have a perfect life because it means there wouldn't be a purpose for you to learn to overcome any obstacles. I know it's hard to deal with the most annoying problems, but in the end, you wish you had it back. Also, this is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and well-being. Notice how some of your favorite role models might've had a share of problems. These problems is what makes them and to proceed to teach others. We should all appreciate the negativity we were given and influencers who help us become a better person.

What I'm saying is that life isn't a choice to pick what makes you happy. Some things just happen as a blessing. You won't be able to succeed unless you struggle and learn your failures. Life's too short to be thinking about all the negativity. Make the best out of it even if it's a small piece of happiness. What makes you stronger doesn't kill you. And don't worry, as time goes by, life will definitely get better.

How to achieve healthy long hair

Our desire is to have that gorgeous locks. Sometimes we neglect the care and treatment that our hair needs. But don't worry, there are some ways to start fresh and nourish your hair.

1) Limit hot tools

This is the most common mistake girls have made. We use so much heat that the hair follicles become damage. It can be hard putting down that straightener or curling wand. If you're one of those who use heat constantly, then always protect your hair with a heat protectant. Don't expect that heat protectant can completely stop heat coming onto your hair. It only minimizes the damage so it's best to at least give your hair the rest it deserves. You don't need to throw away your tools, just limit how much you use it.

2) Treatments

Treating the hair with lots of love will promote it to be as strong as it used to be. Always use natural ingredients for better results. There are many products such as avocados, mayo, eggs, oils, and honey. Easy stuff you can find at your home. Using all natural foods will nourish the hair deeper than store bought treatments.

3) Trims

It can be scary not wanting to cut your hair from its beautiful length. Let's keep it real guys. If you don't trim those dead ends, later on, they will start splitting up higher which will cut up its length. So do your hair a favor and give it a trim. Your best dates would be every two weeks or every month if you can.

4) Combing

Brushing is a harsh alternative to combing. It's best to stick with combing since they don't snag or break the delicate strands. Look for a wide tooth comb that's suitable when minimizing the damage. Another tip is to start at the bottom and work your way up to avoid losing any hair starting at the roots. Try adding in that anti-frizz serum or shine spray for a boost of goodness.

5) Healthy diet

Similar to your skin, healthy foods like vegetables and fruits does wonders for your hair. You can tell if you're not eating right when your hair is looking dull. Find foods that are packed with vitamin A or protein such as yogurt, salmon, eggs, spinach, and guava. Be sure to balance out what kinds of food to consume and remember to get your daily exercise.

Some ways to achieve that beautiful long hair. There are many other factors that play, but these are the most general ones that people neglect from time to time. What other ways have you guys done to take care of your hair? I would like to know!

Fashion life hacks: 8 ways to wear jeans

Jeans are the most basic apparel that everyone have in their closet. It's also a great piece to fit many different outfits. Here are 8 ways to style your jeans:

1) Blazer

Look classy with your favorite blazer. They are so versatile from business wear to casual outings. You could never go wrong with a blazer that compliments the jeans you're wearing.

2) Fedora hats

I didn't think fedora hats would be eye catching to jeans. They're amazing to wear in any season. Fedoras look best in short jeans so if you have a pair, then by all means try it.

3) Chunky boots

Chunky boots give you that classy look. Even though they can be a pain, but they're worth the fashion. Plus, they can add a nice physique to your figure.

4) Cardigans

Now, we can all say that cardigans are the most basic piece to wear with jeans. Believe it or not, they give your whole outfit a soft look even if you're pairing it of with a simple tank top.

5) Off shoulder shirt

Be comfy wearing your off shoulder shirt or sweater. It's super cute when you're in a lazy mood. I would like to pair if off with comfiest boots you can find.

6) Plaid shirts

Plaid shirts/cardigan has been a thing now in my school. It's really eye catching and looks very casual. Most have worn their button down plaid shirts as cardigans.

7) Roll up your jeans

If you have a short stature like me, then your best option is to roll up your jeans. Give your jeans a change by rolling them up. Many will think it's a new pair of jeans that you bought.

8) Tuck in your shirts

Another simple, but classy look is by having your shirts tucked into the jeans. Best with blouses or flowy shirts for that soft touch. A new style to wear the next day.

We should thank the person who created jeans. Without it, the fashion world will be so boring. I would love it if you guys try these out. If there's a certain way you wear your jeans then please share it!

Liebster Awards

Hey guys, I was so lucky enough to be nominated by the oh-so sweet Michelle from Princess.From.Jupiter. Check her out, she so inspiring with her blog posts. Furthermore, let's begin this tag!

I took some research on the Liebster Awards since I believed that this must be an official tag. To my surprise, this is a great way for bloggers to be recognized and discover new ones. Plus, this can be a nice gesture to boost your popularity for any promotions. "Liebster" in German means kindness, dearest, sweetheart, nice, lovely, valued, etc.

Rules:
The Nominee must answer 11 questions that their nominators have chosen. At the same time, they must give 11 facts about themselves. Once completed, the nominee then choose 11 bloggers and giving them 11 questions they must answer. Basically like a chain letter.

My eleven Q&A:

1) How did you get to start blogging?

Personally, I was inspired by youtubers and other bloggers because they had a voice to reach out to people. This gave me the idea to inspire people and create my own circle of friends who only knew about the posts I make since they're pretty personal. So I decided to give it a try and it was a wonderful feeling because people comment positive things that they learn from my posts. I have to thank my bullies for pushing me to become an inspirational figure for all young girls to feel good about themselves since I've learn the hard way of growing up in misery.

2) If you could live in a book, TV show, or movie - which would it be?

I would love to be in Paper Towns! I saw this movie in the summer recently and I was so shocked by the extraordinary mysteries that Q went through. I want to experience something like this, so Paper Town has to be something I would love to be in.

3) What was the best compliment you've ever received?

This is a hard one because there's too many, but I guess I'll just combine it into a single compliment. It was mainly when people had told me that,  "I was very positive." Every Time I hear someone say this to me, I have more self confidence and a boost of perseverance to inspire and help people.

4) What cheers you up?

Watching videos, reading manga, and playing with my sis cat. Three things to cure myself from moody days.

5) Who is your hero?

My hero or I should say role-model, would be Modern Gypsy. I love her sense of fashion and she expresses herself with a variety of color and a touch of streetwear.

6) What are you afraid of?

Definitely, vaccination or any needles that deal with medical. I'm dead scare of them and still have ever since I was a young girl. I wish I could let go of this fear, but it's too strong to let go.

7) What is you favorite thing to spend money on?

Clothes! I always need new outfits every single day. I try my best to save up my money, but whenever I see a nice piece, I must buy it. The struggle is so real!

8) Is the glass half full or half empty?

I literally took 20 min thinking about this and I thought it was a trick question. But I would say half empty because you could never be satisfied with a half empty glass.

9) What you prefer to be smart or happy and why?

I would prefer happiness or intelligence because you can be the smartest person in the world, but still feel empty. Happiness is the cure from depression. Plus, you have to learn to be happy. Learning is the key to success so don't think you know it unless you actually learn it.

10) What has been your best moment so far?

Geez I guess the best moment I've had was when my middle school friends and I went to the fair and enjoy our reunion after we started high school. I wish I could go back and relive the last moment we had together.

11) Why are you so amazing? :3
